Anyone can stand up and say anything. He can say the land is his, say the people who have lived on it for decades are just passing through, say history begins the day he arrived. Words cost nothing. That is exactly why, from day one, we chose a different route: for every claim, a document.

The papers in our hands

A sale contract from the state, signed by the Minister of Tourism in 1987. An Egyptian joint-stock company founded under Investment Law 43 of 1974, under the umbrella of the General Authority for Investment. Commercial Register No. 243949, entered on 7 December 1986, renewed and valid until 2036. And a fresh official extract dated 22 July 2026, barcode and all, which anyone can verify independently at any commercial registry office.

Every page of it is published on this site, with the images, the numbers and the dates. We hide nothing, and we ask nobody to take our word for anything. We only ask people to read.

Why we publish everything

There is a second reason we publish everything. The easiest way to take someone's right is to first convince the public he never had one. Attach a label to him, repeat it, and let repetition do the work of proof. The only answer to that game is for the rightful owner to open his books completely, in front of everyone. So that is what we did.

Meanwhile, the Hacienda Ras El Hekma marketing

Meanwhile, our homes are being marketed and sold inside "Hacienda Ras El Hekma" for hundreds of millions of pounds a unit, while we live in them. And to this day, nobody doing that marketing has produced a single document answering ours. Plenty of advertisements. Not one paper.

So here is a simple rule the public can judge everything by: the side that holds a right publishes its documents, and the side that doesn't makes ads. We published. The question now sits with the other side: where are your papers? Put them out the way we did, and let people compare for themselves.

We are the families of Disney Beach and Baghoush… Egyptian owners from every walk of life, Egyptians through and through. We are co-owners in common under an official state sale contract, under Investment Law 43 of 1974 and Egypt's General Authority for Investment. Commercial Register No. 243949 proves it. Case No. 57480 is before Egypt's State Council, and we trust Egypt's judiciary.
